1. Buyer Information: We request information from you on our order form. Here a buyer must provide contact information (like name, phone number, email address and the password that you can login your account in the future to see the order status) and billing information that should be the same as the shipping address. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

2. Payment: Our online ordering system is secured using a Paypal payment system. The financial information you will enter later (like credit card number, expiration date), will save in Paypal online financial group through Paypal website secured online form you will enter. No one can see your credit card information except Paypal.

3. Shipping Cost: You get free shipping on many items. We calculate your shipping costs by using UPS online calculate freight system. You never get surprise fright charge. We never add handling fee and want you to see what you'll pay because we lose a lot of money giving you the best possible shipping costs. And we never want you to feel tricked when you shop at Paris-Ave.com.

4. Refund: You may not return for download software after receive an active keycode. You may not get a full refund for a return product that is a free shipping charge items. Because we pay a freight charge that inculdes in the selling price. The refund amount should be the selling price minus a shipping fee.

You may return the item for a brand new and sellable condition to get a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. All original pack box should be returned. There is no any restocking fees and no other penalties as long as the product's condition and quality of the product are the same as original new product. Buyer should pay the frieght to ship the merchandise back to seller.

5. Return: You may return the item within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. A return authorization number is required to return a product. You need to send email to services@AddWeb8.com to state an acceptable return reason to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
